 Founder, Sales Director and Chief Content Officer of Marketing at BES Services NY in New York City. BES Services NY is a company that provide specialized services.

Ms. Brown oversees all the company’s sales and marketing programs. Develops strategic sales and marketing objectives. Being a sales and marketing Director establishes sales territories and quotas, manages budgets and evaluates sales performance. Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online promotions. 

Prior to founding BES Services NY, Ms. Brown held a position as a Marketing Director at the Ministry of Culture in Guantanamo, Cuba. She manages the development of the cultural activities and entertainment in the province. 

Ms. Brown is the oldest of a family of 2 brother and sister, originally from Guantanamo, Cuba. She likes music, all kind of gender. In her free time, she loves to dance. Her favorite music is bachata.

Barbara in 2004 got a Certificate in Forming Social Workers. She is graduated from the University of Guantanamo, Cuba bachelor’s in foreign language in 2005. In 2008 got an associate degree in Public Relations. In 2010 an Associate degree in Business Administrations and Management. And is studying for her second Bachelor Degree in Marketing.

Ms. Pitters is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. Tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. Since the first day, she is responsible for managing the finance and accounting divisions and for ensuring that the company’s financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Prior to founding BES Services NY, Ms. Pitters held positions of increasing responsibility at Holiday Services Ltd, Jamaica, W. I. as a Financial Director where she was supervising auditing, account payable, accounts receivables, inventory tracking, Budget preparation, Payroll, Taxes, Bank Reconciliation, financial statements reporting, between others.

Elizabeth Pitters is the youngest of a family of 2 brothers and a sister, originally from Las Tunas, Cuba. She likes in her free time to read and spend time with her family. 

Elizabeth is graduated from the University of Las Tunas, Cuba as a bachelor’s degree in Accountant and Finance in 2002. Income Tax Course, H&R Block 2015. Registered Tax Preparer IRS & NYS Annual Filling Season Program 2015- 2019.

Mr. Allen is responsible for all the company operations including end- to - end management of service in all markets, making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of the company, acting as the main point of communication between the directors. Since the day one of the foundation of BES Services NY, Allen has been focused on building a culture of engagement, operational excellence and innovation which is driving record results.

Prior to founding BES Services NY, Mr. Allen held positions of increasing responsibility at ARQCONS Construction in Montego Bay, Jamaica. He was managing the construction of important hotels like Grand Palladium and Secret’s between others.

Samuel Allen is the youngest of a family of 2 brothers and a sister, originally from Guantanamo, Cuba. He likes to play baseball. In his free time, he likes to run and read. His favorite music is jazz.

Samuel is graduated from the University of Havana, Cuba as a Construction Engineer in 2001. In 2014 got a certificate in Building Maintenance and in 2018 a Pet’s Control Certificate.
